WAR DOG SPRING FOOTBALL PROGRAM

SPRING DATES - FEBRUARY 12TH - MAY 17TH

Our Spring session WILL NOT be a tackle program. Instead, our primary focus will be on developing key areas of athletic skills through strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and position-specific training. 

Weight Room - We have developed a comprehensive and dynamic training program with Joe Denk, Brophy's Strength and Conditioning Specialist, to provide a holistic approach to football performance enhancement. 

Data Collection - We will be utilizing a professional service app to meticulously collect and monitor each athlete's performance and milestones throughout the season. This innovative tool empowers both players and parents to assess progress, set tangible goals, and visualize improvements in real time. 

Speed and Agility - We will emphasize a primary focus on enhancing speed and agility. Through specialized drills and training techniques, athletes will develop explosive speed, quick directional changes, and overall agility. This targeted training will not only improve on-field performance but will also contribute to injury prevention. 

Monthly Position Specific Training Camps - Each month we will offer specialized training camps that focus on position-specific skills. These sessions will be designed to refine each athletes technical abilities, tactical knowledge, and mental precision. By providing personalized coaching and targeted drills in these camps, we ensure that every athlete gains the knowledge and confidence needed to excel in their specific role. Oh, we also might have a few "special guests" come out and lend us a hand
